The Position:

Are you a dynamic and fresh-thinking project management professional with experience of developing national occupational standards, apprenticeships, training, qualifications and assessments? If so, this is an outstanding opportunity to facilitate the ongoing success of a leading awarding body.  This Product Manager - Farming & Rural Qualifications job vacancy will be working for a leading farming, land-based and rural qualifications provider, based from their highly prestigious office in the Warwickshire countryside. As the Product Manager, you will maintain and develop national occupational standards, apprenticeship frameworks and a range of commercially viable technical awards and qualifications that meet the needs of employers, learners and providers.  Working effectively across the business, you will deliver product plans and manage existing products, focusing primarily on the organisations farming and rural product range. As part of your role, you’ll be required to meet with employers and key stakeholders throughout the UK to develop and maintain national occupational standards, apprenticeship frameworks and qualifications. 
Your other duties will involve: 
- Maintaining your understanding of technical requirements, legislative and regulatory drivers 
- Developing and maintaining a good understanding of changes in the market place 
- Maintaining your awareness of the demand for the organisations key product range

The Candidate:

To be considered, you will need: 
- Project management experience 
- Experience of developing national occupational standards, apprenticeship frameworks, training, qualifications and assessments 
As the Product Manager, you’ll be able to distil, extract and understand information from customers and adapt your presenting style to suit your audience. Decisive and proactive, you’ll also have an analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills. 

The Package:

Starting salary circa £34,000, Plus Pension, Childcare Vouchers, Free Parking, 25 Days’ Holiday + Bank Holidays and excellent opportunities to progress internally!
