Administrator
Administrator – Nantwich, Cheshire – £27,000
The Job:
We are recruiting for an Administrator to join an established agricultural and animal nutrition business based in Nantwich. This is a varied administrative role supporting the day-to-day running of a busy trading operation. Working closely with customers, hauliers and the wider trading team, you'll help ensure orders, deliveries and associated paperwork are processed accurately and efficiently.
The role would suit someone who is organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Organise and coordinate logistics, collections and deliveries
- Liaise with customers and hauliers regarding orders, deliveries and general enquiries
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records and internal systems
- Support the trading team with general administration and help resolve order, delivery and documentation queries
- Provide a professional and responsive service to customers and suppliers
The Company:
Our client is an established business operating within the agricultural and animal nutrition sector. The trading team works closely with customers, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of products.
The Candidate:
- Previous administration, logistics, order processing, transport or trading experience would be advantageous
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicating with customers, suppliers and hauliers by telephone and email
- Good IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently while contributing positively to a busy team
- Professional, approachable and able to provide a high standard of customer service
The Package
- £27,000 per annum DOE
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- 1 hour lunch break
- Based at the Nantwich trading office

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
