Agricultural Graduate – Lincolnshire – Salary to £30,000 – Mon to Fri working – 25 Days holiday + Bank Holidays - Training and career development opportunities!

THE JOB:

The is an exciting opportunity for an agricultural graduate, looking to build a career with an agricultural buying group.

A comprehensive training and progression plan will be provided for the successful candidate, allowing them to grow personally and professionally.

Working within a small friendly team at modern offices in Lincolnshire, you will liaise with farmers and agricultural customers on a daily basis, dealing with suppliers to build strong working relationships, negotiating the best service and prices to pass onto customers.

We are seeking a candidate with an agricultural background (practical or academic), who is enthusiastic, a team player, dedicated, a great communicator and relationship builder, solution focused and is hungry to succeed, develop and reach their full potential.

THE CANDIDATE:

• Practical farming experience and/or an agricultural related qualification

• Strong morals and values – operates with integrity

• Driven and enthusiastic

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft systems

• Career driven, with the desire to succeed and climb the ladder!

• Desire to work on own initiative, being able to make decisions and manage workload and time effectively

• Full driving license would be beneficial

THE PACKAGE:
