Agricultural Operations Operator
Agricultural Operations Operator - Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and surrounding areas – Salary Negotiable

The Job:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a practical, hands on Agricultural Operations Operator to join our team long term. This is a varied role offering exposure to multiple aspects of modern farming operations, including machinery work, on farm planning, and direct engagement with clients and contractors.
You will work closely with an experienced team member and the business owner, gaining a full understanding of day to day operations, with the opportunity to take responsibility and grow within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tractors and machinery for spreading, cultivation, and other farm operations
- Work with digestate and umbilical spreading systems or learn these processes on the job
- Conduct soil sampling and assist with farm planning activities
- Support day to day operations across multiple farm sites
- Build and maintain positive relationships with farmers and contractor
- Assist with customer interactions and sales, helping grow the existing client base
- Work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency

The Candidate:
- Practical, reliable, and proactive approach to work
- Strong operator skills; confident with machinery and farm operations
- Willingness to learn new tasks, including digestate/umbilical systems
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Agriculture experience preferred; recent graduates or those from a farming background are welcome
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to take on varied tasks

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
