THE JOB:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Team at a successful, national renewable energy company.
Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager you will support and facilitate project development and continuous improvement within the organisation. You will be passionate about operational improvement, recording, reporting and general compliance.
This is a full-time role that will be based in Oxfordshire and will require travel to a number of different sites.
This company is a well-established and respected leader within the Agricultural sector, and offers excellent progression opportunities for successful candidates!
THE CANDIDATE:
•NEBOSH or equivalent.
•Practical AD site experience.
•Familiar with ISO systems.
•Good team player & communicator.
•Proficient user of Word, Excel, Google Sheets.
•Full UK Driving Licence.
•Willing and able to travel between sites when required.
THE PACKAGE:
Salary up to £38,000 (depending on experience) + Annual Bonus + Enhanced pension & Excellent Benefits Package + Up to 38 Days holiday!!!
