Broiler Farm Manager – Norfolk – Salary circa £34,000 (depending on experience) + House on site + Bonus + Great Opportunity for Career Progression!!
THE JOB:
Do you have experience working on a Broiler Farm? Are you an enthusiastic, hardworking individual that is passionate about poultry?!
We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join one of Europe’s leading Poultry organisations as a Broiler Farm Manager in Norfolk.
Reporting to the Area Manager you will work 48 hours per week and oversee the running of a successful broiler farm set in the picturesque Norfolk countryside.
The successful candidate may be an existing Broiler Farm Manager or an Assistant Broiler Farm Manager that is looking to further their career.
THE CANDIDATE:
•Experience in a similar role.
•Hardworking and physically fit.
•Willing to undertake any additional training.
•Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
•Computer literate.
•Can-do, positive attitude.
•Self- starter and able to work under minimal supervision.
THE PACKAGE:
Salary Circa £34,000 (depending on experience) + House on site + Bonus + Great Opportunity for Career Progression!!
