THE ROLE:
This Business Sales Manager position is with a leading Farm Machinery / Agricultural Machinery / Tractor manufacturer, with an enviable reputation throughout the world. Based in Thailand you will be responsible for managing the retail distribution / dealer channel throughout the country, with nationwide travel. You will also be responsible for managing the nationwide team of regional Area Sales Managers. The focus if the role will be to consistently be in contact with dealers and push sales at all times. You will also be involved in reading accounts and reports on performance, turnover and margins, creating marketing plans and giving consistent overview of sales and production to the board of Directors. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Experienced in sales of machinery to the agricultural sector with experience of sales in a European country, e.g., the UK.
· Must speak English fluently.
· Good agricultural machinery knowledge.
· Prepared to relocate to Thailand.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Be an adviser/problem solver.
· Sales & target driven.
THE PACKAGE:
· Highly competitive basic salary on offer circa £30,000 - £50,000 basic! (dependent upon experience). Plus excellent commission structure!
