THE JOB:
Are you a passionate Farm Manager looking for a new role?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Midlands Based Farm Manager to join the team at an award winning, environmentally conscious, family run farm in the West Midlands.
With sustainability at their core, this business offers more than the average - whilst playing an important part in their local community!
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the vegetable farming operation, you will manage a team of up to 15 staff and report directly to the Farm Director.
THE CANDIDATE:
• Demonstrated Farm Management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A ‘Can-Do’, positive approach to work.
• Growing/Irrigation/Harvesting experience.
• A hands-on management approach.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Must be based locally in the Midlands!!
THE PACKAGE:
Salary Circa £50,000 (Depending on experience) + Bonus + Excellent location + Fantastic Working Environment.
