Field Supervisors – Fruit Farm – South East England – Good Rates of Pay + Accommodation available!!
This is an exciting opportunity for Field Supervisors to join the team on a progressive family run fruit farm.
You will ensure the planting / picking team are working at the correct speed to balance quality and productivity. You will ensure that a common standard and approach to processes and procedures is achieved and that they are adhered to at all times. You will also effectively complete the QC requirements, to control all aspects that are required for supplying customers, with the key objective of achieving 100% service levels at a green status.
The Candidate(s):
- Soft fruit experience
- People management
- Quality Control skills
- Effective communicator
- To be able to communicate in Bulgarian or Romanian would be an advantage
- Good organisational skills
- Self-motivated
The Package:
Salary circa £20,000 + Accommodation available + excellent personal and career development opportunities to the right candidate!!
