Fish Farm Worker - UK - Competitive Salary
The Job:
We’re looking for reliable, hands on Fish Farm Workers to join our team. This is a practical, outdoor role working with fish stocks and helping maintain the day to day running of the farm. You’ll be involved in feeding, monitoring fish health, maintaining equipment and keeping the site clean and organised. No two days are the same, and the work can be physically demanding, so a strong work ethic is key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Feeding fish and monitoring stock levels
- Checking fish health and reporting any issues
- Maintaining tanks, pens, and equipment
- Assisting with harvesting and stock movement
- Keeping records and following basic procedures
- General farm upkeep and cleaning
The Candidate:
- A practical, hands on approach
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Good reliability and timekeeping
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Previous experience in aquaculture, farming, or similar
- Basic understanding of animal welfare

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
