Graduate Farm Assessor – Agri/Food Technology – Home Based. Basic Salary £25,000 - £30,000 + 10% Bonus + Car + 25 Days Holiday + Enhanced Pension + Continual training and development programme!!
The Job:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with practical experience of farming, ideally educated to degree level, who is passionate about shaping the future of farming in the UK through technology.
You will travel to farms and conduct assessments (carbon, animal welfare, and biodiversity) to capture data.
You will ideally have experience of analysing and interpreting data and the ability to produce reports.
The key to success in this role, will be as much about personal qualities as experience - You will be an excellent communicator, customer focused, outgoing, tenacious, a keen eye for detail, a positive outlook and a strong work ethic.
A full, and ongoing, training programme will be provided.

The Candidate:
• Agricultural experience and/or educated in a related discipline would be an advantage.
• Experience of data analysis.
• Competent in the use of excel and the wider Microsoft office package.
• Passionate and positive.
• Excellent communication skills – Telephone, email and in person.
• The ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Highly self-driven individual.
• A full driving licence.
The Package:
• Basic Salary £25,000 - £30,000
