The Company:
We’re working with a Farm who is seeking a reliable and hardworking Herdsperson to join their team in South West Scotland.
This role involves milking twice daily through a well-maintained herringbone parlour and working as part of a dedicated dairy team focused on high standards of animal welfare and milk production.

The Job:
- Twice-daily milking in a herringbone parlour
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and animal welfare
- Assisting with general dairy duties as required
- Working a split-shift rotal

The Candidate:
- Previous dairy or milking experience is preferred but not essential
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
- Passionate about livestock and dairy farming
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

The Package:
- Salary of £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience
- Annual performance-related bonus
- Two-bedroom accommodation available for the right candidate
- Full training provided for candidates with the right attitude and work ethic
- Excellent opportunity for someone looking to relocate to a beautiful rural location
- 3:30am – 7:30am
- 1:00pm – 5:00pm
- 12 days on, 2 days off

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
