Junior Sales Manager / Farm Business Manager - West / Midlands (covering Lincolnshire & Northamptonshire) - £35,000+ Commission + Company Car
The Job:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Junior Sales Manager / Farm Business Manager to join a leading agricultural organisation during an exciting period of growth.
This is a field-based role focused on developing relationships with farmers and farm businesses, supporting them with crop marketing solutions while building your own customer base. You will take ownership of your region, identifying new opportunities and growing existing accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing new business while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships
- Building strong, long-term partnerships with farmers and farm businesses
- Promoting crop marketing and commercial services
- Providing practical market insight to support customer decision-making
- Representing the business professionally across your region
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes
The role is largely autonomous, with regular travel across the West / Midlands region and occasional nationwide travel.

The Candidate:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently
- Commercial awareness and willingness to develop in a sales role
- Confidence to engage with farmers and win new business
- Agricultural knowledge or farming background
- Experience in agricultural sales, agronomy, grain trading, machinery, fertiliser, or related sectors

All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
