Key Account Manager (UK) – Agricultural / Ruminant Sector – Excellent Salary + 20% Bonus + Car + Full Exec Benefits Package!!
The Job:
We are currently recruiting for a fantastic brand and manufacturer of Agricultural products within the Ruminant sector.
This Key Account Manager will manage and lead a successful and experienced team of 6 staff, will be a member of the Northern Europe senior management team, manage existing accounts and driving new business opportunities to deliver on the business growth strategy.
This is a home-based role, with regular travel throughout the UK and occasionally Europe.
Do you have a successful track record in leading a sales team, managing strong business to business relationships and developing new business within the Agricultural sector?

The Candidate:
• Minimum 3 years of experience within a similar role – Agricultural sector.
• Solid experience of building, managing and motivating a sales team
• Business acumen, ability to identify opportunities in the market place
• Analytical capacity, capacity to drive a P&L
• Excellent working knowledge of IT systems and CRM
• Excellent presentation skills
• Prospecting, Negotiation and Closing Skills
• Highly motivated strategic thinker and self-starter who can translate this into goals and results.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Capable of working as a member of the Management Team
• Full UK Driving licence and Passport holder.
The Package:
Excellent Basic salary (Commensurate with experience level) + 20% Bonus + Car + Full Benefits package!
