THE JOB:
We are seeking a passionate, visionary and hard-working individual to join the team at a prestigious, award-winning estate in the South West of England.
This really is an exciting opportunity for the ideal candidate to be a part of something truly special.
You will play a key part in the nurturing and management of the Arable side of the business, which will include over 60 acres of orchards, plus various other crops.
THE CANDIDATE:
•Practical arable and/or orchard experience.
•Strong interest/experience in regenerative farming.
•Hands-on managerial approach.
•IT & Budget literate.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Competent machine and forklift operator.
•Enthusiastic and hard-working.
•Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in all weather!
