The Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Agronomy Advisor to join a growing international agribusiness, supporting farmers and distributors across North and Central France. This is a field-based role focused on agronomic advice, farmer engagement, technical support and market development for an innovative biostimulant product.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with farmers and agricultural distributors across the region
- Provide practical agronomic advice across horticultural crops and cool-climate grapes
- Support the use of biostimulants within existing crop programmes
- Organise farmer demonstration days and support on-farm trials
- Work closely with distributors to support customer visits and technical sales
- Attend agricultural events and develop a strong local network
- Monitor trial results, farmer feedback and market developments
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on market activity

The Company:
An innovative international agribusiness combining sustainable agriculture with marine restoration. The business develops evidence-based biostimulant products designed to improve crop resilience, soil health and agricultural sustainability, with operations and customers across multiple international markets.

The Candidate:
- Degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Plant Pathology or a related discipline
- 0–4 years' experience within agronomy, agriculture or technical sales
- Strong knowledge of crop production, plant nutrition and biostimulants
- Experience with horticulture and cool climate grapes is essential
- Confident communicating technical information to farmers and distributors
- Relationship-focused with a practical, hands on approach
- Organised, resilient and comfortable working independently
- Fluent English plus relevant French language skills
- Full driving licence and willingness to spend 50–60% of time travelling
