The Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading farmer owned agricultural business where your enthusiasm for UK agriculture is just as important as your experience.  We're looking for someone with a good understanding of crop production who enjoys building relationships. You could be working on farm, in agronomy, agricultural sales, crop inputs, machinery or another customer facing agricultural role.

The Company:
Our client is a leading UK farmer owned agricultural co-operative, representing a large network of growers across the country. The organisation specialises in the marketing of oilseed rape and other arable crops, using its scale, market expertise and strong industry relationships to deliver high quality crop marketing services. With a strong focus on supporting its grower members, the business helps farmers maximise returns and manage risk in an increasingly volatile agricultural market. The organisation has an established reputation within the UK arable sector and works closely with growers and industry partners to provide commercially focused, practical solutions.

The Candidate:
- A good understanding of arable farming or crop production
- Experience working with, or supporting farmers
- Positive, outgoing personality with the confidence to build relationships
- Enthusiasm for UK agriculture and a genuine desire to develop a successful commercial career
- A full UK driving licence

The Package:
- Salary £50,000 OTE

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
