Technical Sales Manager - Ruminant Feed – (South UK Region) – Basic Salary to £70,000 + Bonus + Car + 25 Days Holiday Excellent Benefits Package!!
The Job:
This is an exciting opportunity with a market leader of ruminant feed and nutrition.
We are looking for a high calibre, commercial candidate within the ruminant feed sector.
You will be dealing with high profile, large customer accounts, mainly around the M4 Corridor.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of servicing a large number of ruminant customer accounts, via a direct to customer route.
While a qualification in ruminant nutrition is not essential, the successful candidate must possess a good technical knowledge of ruminant nutrition and feed planning, to aid the consultative based sell.
You will have a successful track record of increasing gross margin contribution, increasing existing customer account value and developing new business opportunities to grow the customer portfolio.

The Candidate:
• Commercial acumen within the ruminant feed industry.
• Previous experience within a similar role.
• Technical knowledge of ruminant nutrition and feed planning.
• Well-connected within Southern England dairy and beef farming community.
• Located within an hour of the M4 corridor (England).
• Solution based selling experience.
• An excellent relationship manager.
• Excellent communication skills – Telephone, email and presentations.
• Highly self-driven individual.
• Qualified in a related discipline would be an advantage.
• A full UK driving licence.
The Package:
• Basic Salary to Circa £70,000 (depending on experience)
