Territory Manager
Territory Manager - South West Ireland - Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Company Car + Benefits
The Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Territory Manager to join a growing sales team covering South West Ireland. This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong background in agricultural machinery and a passion for building long term customer relationships. You will be responsible for securing machinery consignments, developing new business and maintaining a strong pipeline of stock for auction events across your territory.
Key responsibilities:
- Secure consignments of agricultural machinery and equipment for auction
- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships
- Build a strong network of buyers and sellers across the agricultural sector
- Attend auction events, supporting both preparation and sale days
- Negotiate confidently with customers to maximise commercial opportunities
- Monitor machinery values, market trends, and industry developments
- Work towards sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records using the company's CRM system

The Candidate:
- Minimum 4 years' sales experience within the agricultural sector, ideally involving machinery or equipment
- Strong knowledge of the agricultural machinery market, including equipment values and current industry trends
- Proven ability to generate new business, negotiate effectively, and achieve sales targets
- Well connected within the agricultural industry with an established network of contacts
- Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently
- Full UK or Irish driving licence with willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory and attend auction events

All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
