Trainee Field Sales Manager – East of England – Basic £28,000 - £37,000 + Bonus + Car + Benefits + Home Based!
The Job:
My client is a well-established and highly successful specialist in the sales of agricultural and farm products.
Due to company growth and customer demand they are expanding their areas of operation to cover the UK as a whole.
Selling a range of products direct to farm, the successful candidate will manage and grow the existing customer base, generate and follow up new leads, to grow the customer portfolio within the region (Norfolk /Cambridgeshire/ S. Lincs).
Personal attributes and values will be key to the successful appointment for this position. We are seeking someone who is an exceptional communicator, resilient, shows perseverance in the face of closed doors, has an eye for detail and is forward thinking and goal driven (personally and professionally).

The Candidate:

THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary Up to £37,000 + Performance based increases (circa £5000) + Bonus + Car + Laptop + Phone + Benefits Package + ongoing training and incentives!!!!!
