Key Requirements:

• BASIS qualification as a minimum; FACTS qualification advantageous.
• Proven practical experience – we need someone who's been in the thick of it.
• Willingness to jump on a tractor as and when needed – a key attribute of a successful team player.

Responsibilities:

• Manage both outdoor and glasshouse growing of fresh produce.
• Lead and inspire a team, putting your hands-on expertise to work.
• Embrace the unpredictable nature of fieldwork – this role isn't for those who shy away from all weathers.
• No desk jockeys here – this is a role for those who thrive outdoors.

What our Client Offers:

• Very flexible salary range: £35,000 - £55,000, dependent on your experience.
