Step 1

Your dedicated consultant will collect a full brief and in-depth analysis of your job vacancy, your company culture, and give an honest evaluation of whether we can help you and whether a contingency or retained assignment will be best.
Step 2

Our executive search services are then secured by your company with an initial payment of 30% of the anticipated fee.
Now the hard work begins.
Step 3

Your consultant will then begin the assignment, compiling a market map of possible candidates, together with a detailed profile of what attributes the suitable candidate will possess, market salary banding and competitor analysis.
Step 6

An interview schedule will then be confirmed.
Step 5

A candidate shortlist will then be presented to you, whereby a further 30% of the anticipated fee becomes payable.
Step 4

Your consultant will then proceed to interview the longlist of candidates for the job position.
Step 7

Interviews then take place, with your dedicated consultant on hand to coordinate the interviews and debrief the candidates.
Step 8

A full evaluation of the interviews with yourself, before deciding on the next course of action, dependant on success of the first round of interviews.
Step 9

Agricultural Recruitment Specialists handles all offers, references and confirmation of the start dates, when the remainder of the fee becomes payable.
