Graduate Account Executive – Agriculture & Horticulture Products – Worcestershire / Warwickshire. Basic Salary Circa £25,000 to £30,000 + 10% Bonus + 25 Days Holiday + Pension + Great long term career opportunities!!
The Job:
This is an exciting opportunity for an Agricultural or Horticulture graduate with a minimum of 2 years post graduate industry experience.
Alternatively, if you have practical farming or growing experience, together with sales experience (sector not important), this would be the perfect opportunity to take an early step into a sales career.
Your role will be part home & office based, managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities, via phone, online and occasional face to face.
The key to success in this role, will be as much about personal qualities as experience - You will be customer focused, outgoing, tenacious, have an excellent telephone manner, driven, with a positive outlook and a strong work ethic.
A full, and ongoing, training programme will be provided.

The Candidate:
• Practical Agricultural or Horticultural experience and/or educated in a related discipline.
• Previous sales experience or the personal attributes and desire to learn.
• Positive attitude.
• Tenacious.
• Excellent communication skills – Telephone, email and in person.
• Target driven.
• A real team player.
• Good time management skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Highly self-driven individual.
• A full driving licence.
The Package:
• Basic Salary £25,000 - £30,000 Depending on level of experience.
• 10% Bonus
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank holidays
