Charities

STEPWAY CIO is a charity that helps veterans and their families adjust to civilian life.They offer services such as training, volunteering and work placements. STEPWAY also has a Wellbeing Centre in Worcestershire that provides support services.

Agricultural Recruitment Specialists® work in a close partnership with STEPWAY CIO to further support and empower veterans. This collaboration will enhance opportunities, services, and community projects for those who have served.

We are also pleased to share that Agricultural Recruitment Specialists® have taken an important step by signing the Armed Forces Covenant and engaging with the ERS (Employer Recognition Scheme). This shows our strong commitment to supporting veterans and the wider Armed Forces community.
