3 x Speciality Fertiliser Specialists – Throughout America – circa 100k!
The Job Role / The Company:
Agricultural Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting exclusively for a major worldwide flagship fertiliser manufacturer, that are increasing their team within America (in different areas). These Speciality Fertiliser Specialists, will be responsible for providing technical support to commercial teams within the region. You will Work with Crop Managers and Regional Sales Managers in developing a crop nutrition solution as well as working with Sales Agronomists to execute demo trials and data collection and organise field days in conjunction with retailers and farmers. The Candidate:
- Bachelor degree in Agronomy or Ag related field. Master degree may be an advantage. CCA (Certified Crop Advisor) is preferred
- 5 years working experience in similar roles and industries, preferably with value added fertilizers exposure
- Experience in holding presentations to small or large audiences
- Strong business orientation
- Strong market and product knowledge
- Strong communication and influencing skills
The Package:
Superb salary from £85,000 – 115,000, plus 25% bonus, full benefits as you would expect from a worldwide market leader! As well as endless opportunities for future development!
