After Sales & Service Manager – Warwickshire £30 - £40k + Car!!!
The Position:
This After Sales & Service Manager job vacancy will be working for a growing Agricultural Machinery dealership that is undergoing exciting change. We are linked to great brands and manufacturers of agricultural / farm machinery. We need a person to take on the exciting role and responsibility of an Aftersales Manager and drive change through all parts of the aftersales business. You will be covering the area Warwickshire and surrounding counties. You will build excellent working relationships both internally and externally, be responsible for a team of people whilst motivating and developing them within a busy working environment. You will also need to communicate to various levels both with customers and major manufacturers. Candidates do not necessarily need to have an agricultural background, but an understanding would be advantageous. We are looking for a person with the right attitude, experience and commitment to be a valued and fundamental part in pushing the business forward. This is a varied role with excellent opportunities for growth and ultimate job satisfaction

The ideal candidate will be a true customer-focused leader and will have the ability to motivate and manage a team to deliver the highest level of customer service. Taking full responsibility of the department and exceeding both company and customer expectations is essential. Must possess:
Can Do Attitude
Good level of IT Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and confident communicator
Ability to organise, prioratise and work under pressure
Technical knowledge of agricultural and construction machinery would be beneficial but is not essential.
The Package:
Dependent upon the level of experience circa £30k - £40k (dependent upon experience) + Vehicle, plus full ongoing training.
