After Sales Product Support Manager (Agricultural Machinery) - Salary Up to £45,000 (Depending on Experience) + Bonus Scheme + Excellent Benefits Package!!
THE JOB:
We are working with a highly reputable, Machinery Manufacturer who are looking to strengthen their UK team with the appointment of an After Sales Technical/Product Support Manager based in Shropshire.
This is an exciting role that will require expert management, vision, team leadership and previous practical experience within the agricultural machinery sector in some capacity.
The successful candidate will be the technical lead in dealing with customer and dealer queries, communicate with factories on appropriate product issues and solutions, provide marketing support and much more!!
THE CANDIDATE:
•Previous product support experience.
•Excellent planning and organisational skills.
•Self-driven, results-orientated.
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
•A ‘Can-Do’, positive approach to work.
•Computer literate with a strong attention to detail.
•Familiar with CRM and manufacturer service and parts systems.
•Personable and strategic.
