Aftersales Product Support Manager – Agricultural Machinery – East Of England - Basic Salary up to circa £40,000 + Bonus + Vehicle + Home Based + Excellent Benefits Package!!!
The Company:
We are working with a highly reputable, machinery manufacturer, who are looking to strengthen their UK team with the appointment of an Aftersales Product Support Manager.
The Job:
The successful candidate will provide Product specific support to the Dealer network and sales team within the Eastern England region.
You will be the technical lead in dealing with customer and dealer queries (full product training will be provided). Working closely with the Area Sales Manager, to advise dealers on their aftersales strategy, training requirements and stock parts.
Working autonomously, you will be self-motivated and disciplined, an excellent communicator and a good team player.
This role would suit candidates with either a product management, Ag. engineering or service manager background.
THE CANDIDATE:
· Previous Product support experience – Ideally in capital machinery
· Experience within the Agricultural sector.
· An excellent communicator, comfortable with presenting information to colleagues and customers.
· Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook
· Good IT skills
· Proactive approach to problem solving.
· Excellent planning and organisational skills
· Full Driving Licence
THE PACKAGE:
· Basic salary to Circa £40,000
