Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for agricultural and construction machinery across Northern Ireland
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team to ensure they meet individual and collective sales goals.
- Identify and explore new sales opportunities to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients in the agricultural and construction sectors
- Possess an in-depth understanding of our machinery product range and stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
- Manage both internal (showroom) and external (field) sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the agricultural or construction machinery sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A deep understanding of agricultural and construction machinery products.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of Northern Ireland's agricultural and construction industries is a plus.
- Competitive salary in the range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
- Strong Commision scheme.
- Company car provided for business use.
