Agricultural Buyer - Lincolnshire – Salary to £50,000 – Mon to Fri working – 25 Days holiday + Bank Holidays – Career progression plan!

THE JOB:

Working for a well-established and ethical buying group, with customer value and service being at the heart of the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ‘business to business professional’, with an agricultural background, who is ready to follow a clear career progression path over the next 2 years.

Working within a small friendly team at modern offices in Lincolnshire. You will head up all business-to-business relationships, negotiating the best service and prices to pass onto customers, managing the supply chain and dealing with agricultural customers on a daily basis. A track record in building, managing and maintaining strong working relationships is a must.

We are seeking a candidate with an agricultural background (practical or academic), who is enthusiastic, a team player, dedicated, a great communicator and relationship builder, solution focused and is hungry to succeed, develop and reach their full potential.

THE CANDIDATE:

·         Previous experience of managing business to business relationships (ideally within the agricultural sector)

·         An agricultural background (Professional or Personal)

·         A track record in managing and growing a product portfolio

·         Works well under pressure and hits deadlines

·         Strong administration and IT skills

·         Ideally educated to degree level in a related discipline

·         An excellent relationship builder.

·         Confident and determined.

·         The ability to gain trust from customers and businesses

·         Thrives on responsibility and operates with integrity
