Job description
THE ROLE:
This Agricultural Engineer / Product Support specialist, working for a European agricultural machinery manufacturer will cover the East Midlands and East Anglia for the business. They are looking for a talented technical individual, someone to provide a comprehensive technical service, including pre-delivery inspections, machine set offs, maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair and rectification and product training. This role involves working with their dealer networks and directly with customers across the UK and Europe to promote excellent customer service. You would also be required to work with product development team on new projects. This role has come about due to rapid expansion across the UK and Europe.

THE CANDIDATE:
- Experienced on working technically on agricultural machinery.
- A good level of farming experience is desirable.
- Full driving licence.
- Self-motivated.
- A willing attitude to learning and travel, with a hard-working ethos is essential.
- Presentable, personable, good communicator.
- Understands good customer service.
- Good IT knowledge.
THE PACKAGE:
- Basic Salary: Circa £25k (dependent upon experience)
