Agricultural Engineer
Agricultural Engineer - Warwickshire - £33,000–£40,000 + Benefits 

The Job:
This is a great opportunity for a practical, hands-on Engineer to join a well-established and respected agricultural machinery business in Warwickshire. The role offers variety, responsibility and the chance to work with modern equipment, strong manufacturer support and a customer-focused team.
You’ll be based from the depot as well as working out on customer sites, playing a key role in keeping machinery running when it matters most. The business invests in its people, offering manufacturer training, clear working procedures and the support needed to deliver a high-quality service to customers.

Key responsibilities:
- Prepare, service, diagnose, repair and maintain a wide range of agricultural machinery
- Work both in the workshop and out in the field at customer sites
- Use diagnostic skills to fault-find hydraulic, electrical and mechanical issues
- Follow main dealer procedures to deliver efficient, high-quality repairs
- Attend manufacturer training courses, both online and off-site
- Complete detailed and accurate job cards
- Participate in overtime and out-of-hours call-out cover as required

The Candidate: 
- Background in agricultural engineering or transferable engineering experience
- Confident diagnosing hydraulic and electrical faults
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Practical, proactive and solutions-focused
- Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues
- Full UK driving licence
Candidates with experience as agricultural engineers, construction engineers, HGV engineers, machinery operators or service leavers with an engineering background are encouraged to apply.

The Package:
- Salary £33,000–£40,000 depending on experience
- Company van
- Company pension
- On-site parking
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday role with overtime and weekend availability
