THE ROLE:
We are working exclusively one of the UK’s leading agricultural / country stores. This Agricultural Store Manager position will be based at their retail store in North Yorkshire. They are looking for a Store Manager that will inspire, develop, motivate and lead the Store Management Team. The Store Manager will develop business plans by use of strategic thinking. They will have full accountability for all commercial and financial aspects of the business to drive profitability within the store. You will report into the Regional Manager. The business sells a wealth of agricultural and farm products.

THE CANDIDATE:
We are looking for applicants with strong management experience preferably within a retail/trading environment with previous agricultural knowledge. The applicant will need to possess the ability to lead and motivate a team, drive the team forward whilst also managing current customers’ expectations and seeking new customer opportunities.
