THE ROLE:
Working from their office in Southampton, This UK Sales Manager position, working for a major international company, will involve selling a large range of Timber Agricultural / Farm Buildings to farmers, livestock farms and rural landowners in the sales territory of England and Wales. The role is working from an office in Southampton, so the ideal candidate must be commutable to the office / prepared to relocate. The work itself is predominantly done over the phone. The role will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

THE CANDIDATE:
- Experienced in selling to the rural/agricultural industry. Sales of similar products would be ideal, although not essential.
- Highly enthusiastic.
- Enthusiastic and conscientious.
- Excellent rapport building skills.
- Superb relationship builder.
- Tenacious.
- Superb communication skills.
THE PACKAGE:
- Basic Salary: Excellent basic (dependent upon experience). Circa £25k - £30k basic (basic + benefits included).
