THE ROLE:
This Area Sales Manager / Account Manager position will involve selling agricultural and rural insurance solutions to farmers and rural landowners throughout the sales territory of the Midlands. You will work alongside one of the business’s Directors and regularly visit and service existing customers, complete renewal reviews, sell to new customers. The role will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area. This really is a fantastic role with a market leading company, where there are great opportunities for ongoing career progression!

THE CANDIDATE:
· Experienced in selling to the rural/agricultural industry. (Ideally a service/solution!)
· Living on patch: Midlands based.
· Solution type sales person.
· Superb communication skills.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: Circa £30,000 - £40,000 basic. Plus commission, great benefits package and definite opportunities for long-term career progression.
