Telesales Sales Executive
Agricultural Telesales Sales Executive - warm calls, existing client base – Gloucestershire – £40,000
The Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join a leading horticultural and agricultural business. In this telesales role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, managing existing accounts and driving sales growth across a range of agricultural and horticultural products.
You’ll be engaging daily with farmers, growers and distributors over the phone, offering expert advice, building trust and providing excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.

The Candidate:
- Confident and personable communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and trust over the phone
- Genuine “people person” who enjoys engaging with customers and providing solutions
- Previous experience in sales or account management is advantageous
- Agricultural or horticultural knowledge is desirable but not essential — full product training will be provided
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and keen to succeed within a friendly, supportive sales team
- Comfortable with brochure writing, Facebook posts and handling inbound calls
The Package:
- Salary £28,000 - £40,000 DOE
- Pension
