Agricultural Territory Manager – Parts and Farm Consumables (North & East England) – Circa Basic to £40,000 + Bonus + Car + Benefits + Home Based!

The Company & Role:

My client is a well-established and highly successful specialist in the sales of agricultural and farm products and parts.  Due to company growth and customer demand they are expanding their areas of operation to cover the UK as a whole.

Selling a range of parts and farm consumables direct to farm, the successful candidate will manage and grow the existing customer base, generate and follow up new leads, to grow the customer portfolio within the region (N Lincs, South, East and North Yorkshire).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate currently selling direct to farm (any products), ideally with a sound knowledge of agricultural machinery, to join a progressive and growing business.  The heart of this business lies in the quality of its people, and the company provide unrivalled support, training and development opportunities for the right candidate.

While professional experience is essential.  Personal attributes and values will be key to the successful appointment for this position.  We are seeking someone who is an exceptional communicator, resilient, shows perseverance in the face of closed doors, has an eye for detail and is forward thinking and goal driven (personally and professionally).

There is no restriction on the level of experience, if you are early your sales career, or have many years’ experience – Please get in touch!

The Candidate:

  • Direct to farm sales experience, Machinery or Parts would be an advantage.
  • A proven ability to develop and grow a region would be an advantage.
  • Resilient and self-motivated.
  • Goal driven with a hunger to succeed.
  • An excellent communicator.
  • Customer Focused.
  • Computer literate.
  • Full UK driving licence.

THE PACKAGE:

Salary:  Basic Salary Up to Circa £40,000 + Bonus + Car + Laptop + Phone + Benefits Package + ongoing training and incentives!!!!!
