- Growing high quality crops, focusing on nutrition and disease control

The Candidate:
- FACTS and BASIS qualified
- Experienced in crop production on a large scale
- Effective communicator
- Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team

The Package:
- Salary up to £65,000 DOE
- Company car including fuel expenses
- Competitive pension
- 35 days annual leave
