Agronomist – Norwich – Competitive Salary + Bonus + Company Car + Route to Partnership

The Job:
A highly respected and independent agricultural consultancy is seeking a Qualified Agronomist to support a growing portfolio of progressive farmers and rural clients in the Oxford area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking, science-led team that delivers independent, commercially valuable advice across crop production, farm business management, and broader consultancy services.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing tailored agronomic advice on crop protection, nutrition, rotation planning, and input strategies
- Managing a portfolio of clients while working collaboratively with experienced consultants
- Delivering high-quality, science-based and independent advice
- Opportunity to expand into farm business consultancy (strategic planning, budgeting, compliance, etc.) depending on skill set and aspirations
- Participating in structured training and mentoring programmes for ongoing development

The Candidate:
- BASIS Certificate in Crop Protection (essential)
- FACTS certification (essential)
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification agronomy experience
- Excellent technical and commercial understanding of crop production systems
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Passion for delivering independent, client-focused advice
- Full UK driving licence required
