Alois Pottinger UK Ltd - 3x Aftersales & Product Specialist
Reporting to the National Aftersales Manager (ASM), the Aftersales & Product Specialist is responsible for providing both sales and after sales support within their designated geographic area. Currently there are 3 vacant positions – North UK, South UK and Central UK (does not include Northern Ireland).
A critical element of the role is customer relationship management (CRM), to build relationships with all stakeholders at all levels across both sales and after sales. The Aftersales & Product Specialist will be one of the key product point persons for dealers providing technical support and guidance in both the product sales & after sales process.
You will plan, organise and execute specialist company demonstrations and be responsible for the complete organisation/management of UK shows/exhibitions and associated advertising, marketing & social media activities.
Hands on experience of the agricultural industry and equipment is important. You need to be a strong team player with excellent communication skills at all levels coupled with a high level of time management, presentation, social media & IT skills.
Extensive travel will be required to provide sales/product support as necessary. We offer full product training, a competitive remuneration package and a company vehicle.
