Anaerobic Digestion (AD) Operator – Northern Ireland – Salary to £27,000 + Benefits.
The Company:
Our client is a highly regarded, leading producer of horticultural products; including, bedding and pot plants, summer perennials, fruit, vegetables, and herbs.
The Job Role:
The company is seeking an AD Operator who will maintain the overall operation of the AD process to meet site targets. The successful candidate will complete all maintenance and safety checks as directed by the Line Manager and ensure the site and plant are presented in a clean & tidy manner at all times. The role will require the safe use of plant and equipment, including telehandler and forklift.
The Candidate:
Agricultural / Horticultural background desirable
Previous experience of Anaerobic Digestion plant operation.
Mechanical aptitude
Knowledge of the waste industry and composting processes an advantage
Ability to work with in a controlled environment
Computer literate, including Microsoft Office
Telehandler Certificate Desirable
Hands-on, can do attitude
Good team player & communicator
Problem solver
