Job description
The Position:
I am currently working exclusively with a UK market leader within the arable sector, that due to growth are looking to add to their arable sales teams throughout the UK. The role will be selling seeds / fertilisers and/grain direct to a well-established network of arable farmers throughout the local area. (Dependent upon candidate location). They are looking for proven sales people that have sold to arable farmers and will reward handsomely, with a fantastic package, commission structure and great opportunities for further career progression!
The Company:
A UK market leader within the arable sector - seeds / fertilisers / grains.
The Candidate:
· Proven sales person within the UK, selling similar products to arable farmers.
· Natural sales ability.
· Passionate about the agricultural industry.
The Package:
Dependent upon the level of experience circa £30k-£45k basic plus superb commission structure and highly enviable full benefits package, 25 days holiday, car allowance, etc. Plus excellent opportunities to progress internally!
