Arable Farm Manager – Norfolk
The Job Role:
Working for a highly reputable family owned business, this Farm Manager job vacancy is based in Norfolk. This company produces a full range of combinable crops including wheat, rapeseed, rye, maize and sugar beet. As Farm Manager, you will be managing a team of 3 employees, so good man-management skills are key, as is knowledge of combinable crops. This is a very hands-on role, working for a forward-thinking company, so you must have a flexible approach. It really is a great opportunity for an experienced arable farmer, or assistant farmer to be hands on, with great levels of autonomy.

The Candidate:
- Previous experience within a Farm Manager or Assistant Farm Manager role on an arable farm.
- Good knowledge of combinable crop farming.
- Hands-on manager.
- CAN DO attitude
The Package:
Starting basic salary at £35,000 - £50,000 basic depending upon experience. Benefits include a house, vehicle, etc!
