The Position:
This Area Sales Manager – Fertilisers & Precision Farming Services job vacancy for Lincolnshire is working for a well-established and highly reputable organisation with an excellent name in the market place. Due to growth, there is an opportunity for an experienced sales person to join their dynamic and established team. This role will involve selling the company’s precision faming services and fertilisers to farmers throughout the Lincolnshire region. This is a varied role with excellent opportunities for long-term career progression!
The Candidate:
- Good knowledge of soil nutrition, farming and the agricultural industry.
- FACTS qualification ideal, but not essential (they will put the successful candidate through FACTS if necessary)
- Excellent relationship builder
- Confident and determined.
- Good local knowledge of the Lincolnshire region.
The Package:
Dependent upon the level of experience and qualifications - circa £25k - £45k basic plus superb commission structure and highly enviable full benefits package, 25 days holiday,car, etc. Plus excellent opportunities to progress internally!
