Company / Role:
My client is a well-established and highly successful company that specialises in the sales of dairy equipment and milking machinery and dairy supplies within the dairy farming industry. Covering the South West and South Wales, this Area Sales Manager will be responsible for selling a wide range of products, both high and low value to farmers, whilst managing the dealer network. You will be reporting directly to the Director and will be responsible for leading the sales for this very important sales territory for the business by achieving and maintaining a high level of sales of dairy equipment and milking machinery throughout the territory. You will also be responsible for managing existing key accounts.
Candidate Requirements:
· Experienced in selling to dairy farmers - product is irrelevant.
· Able to cover this territory area.
· Account Management and New Business Development experience.
· You must be highly self-motivated.
Package:
In return for the above, my client is offering a very competitive salary of between £25k - £35k basic depending upon experience, plus excellent commission 1st year OTE circa £45, plus car, high levels of commission and an excellent benefits package.
