The Job:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Area Sales Manager to take the lead in developing and managing a high-performing regional sales team across Scotland. You will be responsible for delivering sales growth, coaching and motivating field-based sales professionals, and building strong relationships with customers in the agricultural sector.
This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of farming and rural communities, combined with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales.

The Company:
Our client is a highly respected organisation operating within the livestock and agricultural services industry. With a well-established reputation for quality products and service, they are committed to innovation and excellence across their portfolio. This is a field-based role covering Scotland, with occasional travel required for meetings, events, and potential overseas study tours.

The Candidate:
- A strong agricultural background – either personal or professional
- Experience managing a team, ideally in a sales or field-based role
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a flexible approach to work
- Full UK driving licence is essential

The Package:
- Basic Salary to Circa £50,000 DOE
- Bonus – Circa £15,000
- 23 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing with length of service
