Area Sales Manager – Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland – £25,000 Basic (OTE £50k) + Car + Home based!!!
THE JOB:
This Area Sales Manager position will involve selling a range of services to farmers and rural landowners throughout the territory of Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland. This company is looking for an individual with previous sales/ BDM experience to grow the customer base within the territory.

THE CANDIDATE:
- Experience of selling direct to farms (product or service not important)
- Be able to demonstrate how you have achieved targets and generated new leads.
- Previous experience within the agriculture sector is not essential.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Able to establish long lasting business relationships.
- Able to develop new contacts and increase sales.
- Motivated and with a professional approach.
- Well organised.
- Full driving licence.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: Circa £25k basic starting salary
Commission: Realistic £50k OTE Uncapped!!! + first 3 months guaranteed commission.
