The Job:
This full time role involves assisting the Herd Manager with the day-to-day tasks on this busy dairy unit, milking over 1500 Holsteins. You will oversee a team of 18 to keep high welfare and hit key performance targets for the herd.

We have a superb Assistant Herd Manager opportunity on a farming enterprise grown over a 20-year period to incorporate the highest quality commercial genetics available, latest technology and infrastructure.

The Candidate
- Experience with large herd sizes
- Management or assistant management experience
- AI and Foot trimming is highly desirable
- Ability to manage and communicate with a large team

- Salary to £40,000
- 4 Bedroom Property
