The Job:
Working with a Free Range Egg Farm supplying local shops, markets, catering businesses, and wholesalers within a 30-mile radius.

Responsibilities include:
- Grading and packing eggs
- Preparing and delivering customer orders
- Basic administration
- Supporting wider farm operations
- Hours: 8:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, plus every other Saturday morning

The Company:
Our client is a busy and growing Free Range Egg Farm. Eggs are produced, graded and packed on site before being distributed locally. They are known for quality produce, excellent service, and a supportive hands on team environment.

The Candidate:
- Enthusiastic, reliable and a strong team player
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Safety conscious and able to work efficiently without compromising accuracy
- Numerate, literate and confident in basic record keeping
- Adaptable, with initiative and a willingness to learn
- Trustworthy, with a positive attitude and good sense of humour
- Physically fit, able to lift boxes up to 25kg
- Smart in appearance when representing the business to customers

The Package:
- Salary: £30,000–£34,000 per annum DOE
- Full-time, permanent role with immediate start available
- Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm (Mon–Fri), plus alternate Saturday mornings
- Secure position with long-term prospects
