The Job Role:
This role is for a successful family run organic beef farm, located within the beautiful Wiltshire countryside.This company are producers of top-quality pedigree beef to the retail market.With the successful operation of breeding through to finishing of the 1700 outdoor reared head of cattle.
As Farm Manager for this successful beef farm, you will lead a team of Herdsmen/women to manage the herd and farm.The Farm Manager shall be responsible for all operations at the farm and the premises. Duties will include general management, employment and human resources, agricultural and animal welfare, building strong working relationships with third parties who share part of the land.
The successful candidate will be used to working outdoors in all weathers and physically fit to meet the needs of the herd across the farm.Previous beef farm management experience is essential, as is a proactive and consultative management style.

The Candidate:
· Previous BEEF Farm Management experience is essential.
· Able to work on their own initiative and a team player.
· Managing staff and keeping records.
· Managing budgets and financial planning.
· Self-motivated.
· Demonstrated success of working pro-actively within a changing growing business.
· Hard working and physically fit.
· Comfortable with working outdoors in all weathers.
The Package:
Up to £70k basic (dependant upon experience) + 4 bedroom house, bonus, vehicle and great benefits package!
